Pablo Application, created and owned by Hi Pablo Inc, allows you to take long exposure and light painting photos and videos and share with other users from around the world. Any user that is registered with Pablo can create images or videos that automatically post to the Pablo community by default.

Below outlines the Privacy Policy of how Pablo collects, uses and shares your information when you use our services. Through various ways, Pablo receives your information. Pablo collects that information through our websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, and ads.

Your information is controlled by Hi Pablo Inc, a Delaware State Incorporation and is distributed in our data centers. Each user is responsible for and controls all of the content that is posted or submitted through their account, as provided in the Terms of Use. You authorize Pablo to use your information, and as a result to transfer it to and store it in the United States and any other country where we operate, regardless of which country you live in.

When creating an account, you provide your contact information such as email address, name, username, password, and/or phone number. By providing this information, you agree to receive push notifications, text messages and/or emails from Pablo. Your name and username are listed publicly as well as in searches for your profile page. You may choose whether you want to use your real name or a made up name. Pablo may use your contact information to update you about our Services, help prevent spam, abuse, or fraud, market to you, help others search or find your account. You may unsubscribe from emails and push notifications within the Settings of your account on the App. Additionally, it is optional to provide your location or profile photo. If this information is provided, it is public. If you send us an email, we may keep your message, and contact information so we can respond.

Pablo is a community in which you can share your photo and video creations. Majority of information provided is information you want shared with other users and creatives around the world. The public information you share consists of the images and videos you create and/or post, metadata provided from the content posted, time zone and language linked to your account, other posts you like or comment on. We may use this information to promote Pablo, market Pablo, and publicly display to users of Pablo or non-Pablo users. By posting any Content on or through the Pablo service, you grant to Pablo a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part

or all of such Content in any media formats through any media channels, except Content not shared publicly will not be distributed outside the Pablo service. While Pablo may, in its sole discretion, prohibit others from copying, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling any Content appearing on or through the Pablo Service, Pablo does not guaranty that others may not adhere to such prohibition, and assumes no responsibility to you to enforce any such prohibition, and you expressly agree and acknowledge that Pablo will have no liability to you with respect to any use by others of your Content whether or not prohibited. Additionally, Pablo receives information about your location. You may choose to make public your location when you post content. We may also determine location using data from your device, IP address, or information from wireless networks or cell towers near your location. Pablo may use and store location information. When using Pablo, we also receive information about your operating system and os version, device ID, application version, location, device and model.

Pablo uses third party services to provide hosting, tracking, analytics, and sharing. We may share your information, personal or private, with our service providers subject to obligations as outlined in this Privacy Policy and only under the condition we deem or instruct to the third parties.

If we believe it is reasonably necessary to abide or comply with a law, governmental request, or regulation or protect the safety of a person, deal with fraud or security, or protect Pablo’s property and rights, we may maintain or disclose any information that belongs to you.

In cases of bankruptcy, a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of the transaction. Pablo will apply this Privacy Policy to your information in the event it is transferred to a new entity. Additionally, your information may be disclosed to our affiliates to help improve or understand our Services and affiliates’ services.

As a registered user of Pablo, in the Settings tabs you may access and control your personal and public information associated with your account. If you want to delete your account, please contact us at or you can go to your Settings to delete. In most cases, the deletion of an account is immediate however could take up to a week. Pablo may, but has no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violate any other party's intellectual property rights or this Privacy Policy.

Policy for Children

The use of Pablo is for people of 13 years or older. In cases where a child under the age of 13 has provided their information to our services, please contact us immediately at We do not knowingly collect personal information

from children under 13. If I child under the age of 13 has provided us with their personal information and it is made aware to us, we will do our best to quickly remove the information and terminate the chid’s account.

Policy Changes

Pablo retains the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. In our sole discretion, if a change is made, you will be notified by email from the email account provided or by push notification. The most current version of the policy will determine the use of your information. By continuing to access or use the Pablo services you agree to be held to the revised Privacy Policy.
